Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at noahg7260@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

A flat-rate return shipping fee of £7.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the £7.99 return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
